Cosmic cakes are made by blending fruits, nuts and other plant based ingredients together. Cashews and coconuts are to thank for our creamy desserts! We never use animal products, and all of our cakes are suitable for vegans.
By not heating or baking the cakes, we don't damage the nutrients and natural enzymes present in the ingredients. In fact by soaking and sprouting our nuts and seeds we actually increase the bioavailability of these nutrients and make them easier for our body to digest.
We use ingredients such as dried dates, fresh berries, agave or maple syrup to sweeten our cakes.
Although on a molecular level all sugar is the same, fruits contain vitamins, antioxidants and fibre. The fibre slows your body's absorption of the sugar and prevents the insulin spikes and subsequent crashes.
